Glenkindie Lodge partnered with Care Control Management Systems Ltd in 2019, and since then, we have been learning, training, and implementing their care management software on the job to provide, manage, and oversee care provision for our residents. We have also invested in health and safety consultancy, along with relevant software, devices, and monitors that provide the most comprehensive solutions available today. Since Glenkindie introduced Apetito (Wiltshire Farm Foods) meals to our residents, it has transformed the dining experience. We believe in providing nutritious dining services that emphasize healthy eating, the presentation of meals, and a variety of balanced nutrients and tasty food for our residents. This partnership with Apetito was established in 2019 after extensive research, demonstration, and experimental dining experiences involving our residents, their relatives, and staff. Additionally, our commitment to care management software and adherence to the Care Quality Commission standards ensures that we maintain high standards in health and safety consultancy, as well as in training and development for our team.

MCM CCTV

For protection and extra security for everyone at the Care Home, we utilize surveillance cameras in the community areas and outside of the building. This system is managed and maintained with the support of MCM Alarms to ensure they are always in working order. Additionally, our care management software integrates with our health and safety consultancy services, ensuring compliance with the Care Quality Commission standards while providing nutritious dining services and comprehensive training and development for our staff.

The management of Glenkindie Lodge believes in continuous development, which is why we have partnered with Remit Group to provide career development training opportunities for our employees who wish to progress on NVQ qualifications in Health & Social Care. Our organisation is committed to developing our valued employees, whom we affectionately refer to as our 'Glenkindie Family.' In addition to collaborating with Remit Group, we have also engaged with the Citation Training Programme to ensure we are all up-skilled in our professions. This includes training in care management software and health and safety consultancy, allowing us to continuously gain the latest knowledge, competence, confidence, and experience. CARE QUALITY COMMISSION

Glenkindie Lodge is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of all health and social care services in England. The Care Quality Commission monitors, inspects, and regulates health and social care services. We have made extensive improvements to our service provision by prioritizing efficiency in compliance and governance through advanced care management software. We are pleased to have our new Registered Manager, Wendy Fox, who was appointed in October 2021. With support from external management consultants, she has been consistently improving governance, compliance, health and safety, and operational duties, including our health and safety consultancy efforts. Our new management team has been closely liaising with the CQC Team to ensure we work collaboratively to continuously improve our services, including our nutritious dining services and ongoing training and development initiatives.

NORTH NORTHAMPTONSHIRE COUNCIL

North Northamptonshire Council's Adult Social Services is our main provider of Government funded residents joining Glenkindie Lodge. We are also contracted to provide our service with West Northamptonshire Council's Adult Social Services. To enhance our care management software capabilities, we regularly liaise with both Adult Social Services Teams regarding the residents currently under our care and future potential residents joining us. Our primary objective is to ensure robust and detailed assessments to ascertain the level of individualised personal care required, while also adhering to the standards set by the Care Quality Commission. We prioritize health and safety consultancy to maintain a safe environment and offer nutritious dining services, alongside ongoing training and development for our staff to make informed decisions.
