I have taken on the responsibility as the Home Manager since October 2021. As with many services within the Health and Social Care sector, we faced an unprecedented pandemic situation.
My strategy had to be adapted to deal with the emergency situation and with our dedicated team 'our family' we rallied round and dealt with the situation as practically possible to ensure we protect and safeguard everyone at Glenkindie Lodge.
Having successfully completed the Level 5 NVQ on Health & Social Care. I am committed and dedicated to continue to improve and provide the best care possible for our residents at Glenkindie Lodge.
I am Michelle Timmins and I joined the Glenkindie 'family' recently. I am already loving my role and the working environment. My role is to ensure administration, processes, governance and compliance are met by working closely with the Home Manager and the Deputy Home Manager.

I also play an integral part of linking with the onsite team and the Human Resource Team, Accounts Team, and liaising and collaborating with the Provider and Nominated Individual, Eranga Gunawardena in order to ensure we meet the Company's ethos and vision.
