Our residents' personal care is our utmost responsibility, duty and moral obligation. We continually ensure that our staff are fully trained, encouraged and build around compassion to provide high standards of person-centred care towards our residents. In order to help manage and improve the personalised care, we have partnered with Care Control Management Systems, which is being developed by a care home with resident well-being and CQC regulations in mind. Care Control is a comprehensive, digital care home management system designed to help our staff and management to ensure transparency and accountability is maintained. This complete digital management system reduces the time spent on record keeping and paperwork, so our staff can spend more time with our residents caring for them.

Our residents’ health & safety is equally important and our caring staff have the qualifications, competence, skills and experience to keep them safe.

Our Partner Citation Professional Solutions provide us with the additional support on all Health & Safety Regulations and obligations to ensure we are fully compliant with all Health & Safety matters. We also have the added support on Human Resource and Contractual obligations because as an Organisation we value our care staff. For protection and extra security for everyone at the Home, we have surveillance cameras in the community areas and outside.

We understand the importance of providing nutritious food and we want everyone to look forward to meal times. It's all about creating a dining experience to our residents. We have partnered with a world renown Company Apetito a leading food producer for the health and social care sector, providing delicious, nutritious and sustainable meals for our residents at our Home.

We take pride in providing our residents with a choice of many mouth-watering menus with balanced diets to ensure mealtimes are always enjoyable for our residents. We are proud to share with you that our Home holds a 5 Star rating in food hygiene.
