Our residents' personal care is our utmost responsibility, duty, and moral obligation. We continually ensure that our staff are fully trained, encouraged, and built around compassion to provide high standards of person-centred care towards our residents. In order to help manage and improve the personalised care, including activities for wellbeing, we have partnered with Care Control Management Systems, which is developed with resident well-being and CQC regulations in mind, as well as health and safety regulations in light of COVID19 protective measures. Care Control is a comprehensive, digital care home management system designed to help our staff and management ensure that transparency and accountability are maintained. This complete digital management system reduces the time spent on record keeping and paperwork, allowing our staff to focus more on providing nutritious food services and caring for our residents.

The health and safety of our residents is of utmost importance, and our dedicated staff possess the qualifications, competence, skills, and experience necessary to keep them safe. Our partner, Peninsula, provides us with crucial support regarding all health and safety regulations and obligations, ensuring our full compliance with these important matters. Additionally, we prioritize our care staff with support on human resource and contractual obligations. To enhance security for everyone at the Home, we have implemented COVID19 protective measures, including surveillance cameras in community areas and outside. We also offer various activities for wellbeing and nutritious food services to promote the overall health of our residents.

We have partnered with Apetito, a world-renowned company and leading food producer for the health and social care sector, to deliver delicious, nutritious, and sustainable meals. In addition to our focus on providing balanced diets, we also prioritize activities for wellbeing, ensuring that mealtimes are enjoyable and contribute to overall health. We take pride in offering a wide variety of mouth-watering menus and are pleased to share that our Home holds a 5 Star rating in food hygiene, all while adhering to health and safety regulations and implementing COVID-19 protective measures.
